Intimacy After Birth - Meeting Anew - with Lynne

In this class we consider the post birth landscape, physically, psychologically and from a practical angle. We will do positive framing and get real about ways to gently reconnect as a couple, ways that don't add extra pressure. We will look at how intimacy could be supportive and nourishing for new parents.
