This unique workshop weaves together the timeless wisdom of authentic Tantra and Daoyin Qigong into a practical, embodied day of learning at a serene retreat venue nestled into the wooded slopes of Hout Bay.

Open-hearted individuals, couples, and touchwork professionals (massage therapists, bodyworkers) seeking to deepen  and root their practice in authentic traditions of life-force cultivation. Whether you wish to enrich a relationship, develop  energetic potency for your bodywork, or simply explore energy cultivation as a spiritual path, you are welcome.

_*Part 1: Entering the Stream - Inner Yogas of Daoyin and Tantra*_ (Morning)
We begin by cultivating your inner sanctum - the sacred energy body. Learn to:
* Awaken and refine your vital life force (qi/prana).
* Focus energy through mantra
* Establish essential practices for energetic protection, and hygiene.
* Enhance sensitivity and the conscious potency of your touch.
* Create a secure, ethical container for deeper exploration — crucial for couples, professionals and group settings.

_*Part 2: Flowing with the Current - The Daoist Art of Sacred Touch*_ (Afternoon)
Optional, and requires completion of Part 1.
Apply your refined awareness in gentle, partnered practices. Progress from:
* Energetic atunement
* Qi-emission for healing and pleasure.
* Conscious hand-to-hand caress.
* Full-body energy-play in a safe, respectful space.
The session culminates in spontaneous, boundaried and playful exploration, integrating breath, voice, movement, touch, and presence.
