This class will start with some easy relaxing breath work and yoga, removing tension in the whole body. This class includes a self meditation with conscious touch and some simple breath work.

How do we live from a place of arousal, for our highest expansion? What would our lives look like if we allowed ourselves to be guided by our eros?

 

In this workshop we will explore how our arousal can serve us beyond sex, how to access it, what it feels like, and how to cultivate  it. We will have space to share with other women, and there will be journaling and embodiment exercises. 

 

You will need - a comfortable, private space; a little bit of room for movement, a pen and journal, and something to drink.
