Brave Conversations - with Anne-Marie

No one teaches us how to fight constructively or have the difficult conversations in a relationship, so often we just emulate the behaviour we have seen from our parents or caregivers.

One of the biggest “check outs” in relationship is where it feels “easier” to remove this relational intimacy from a primary relationship, ignore issues until angry, and not move your relationship into true relating.

Conflict with repair and deep communication can build a relationship into a very strong position, whereas conflict that escalates and destroys without methods of repair often leads to diminished relational intimacy.
