When working with very nervous or very stressed clients this activation can be added to your PNS activation for full polyvagal toning. Also incredibly useful for burnout and as a daily practice.
You will need:
Bowl of cool water to dip your face in
Packet of ice or frozen peas to apply to various meridians
Cushion or yoga blocks for comfort
